Hmm travis does not seem to have support for python 3.10 (EDIT: not with the default "linux" image which is ubuntu 16.04), i tried removing the test for python 3.10 via a force push, but travis still tries to test it. |

The Travis CI build seems to be broken since the rename to
sslpsk2, this PR should fix Travis builds and also add tests for python 3.9 and 3.10
