Provide extensibility points for ContainerBuilder

By refining the ContainerBuilder API third-party facilities can use
extension methods to get first-class builder syntax support.

Working on this in conjunction with #1 and #2.

Closing - extensibility using RegisterModule() works well, although in future the
Autofac.Builder.Registrar type may be exposed to help when building custom
registrars. Added an article ExtendingContainerBuilder to the wiki.
