Description

Create calibration tool for sensors.

Purpose

Create calibration tool so that users can generate calibration parameters for sensors.
This includes:

• Intrinsic parameter for cameras
• extrinsic parameter between cameras (camera-camera calibration)
• extrinsic parameter between lidars (lidar-lidar calibration)
• extrinsic parameter between a camera and a lidar (camera-lidar calibration)

Definition of done

• Investigate available open source tools for calibration. #677
• Implement any missing calibration tools #679
• Document the usage of calibration tools (with a example rosbag if possible) autoware-documentation#114

Foxconn might be able to intrinsic/extrinsic parameters for cameras.
I will assign them once I get their username.
