Item	Description
Test Conditions	1. Set the starting and ending points, plan the global path in a straight line. 2. Set constant speed of 5km/h, 10km/h and 15km/h respectively.. 3. The vehicle dosen't change lane and departs at the speed Vf when NPC vehicle leaving .
