Beyond: the Hand v1.1.42

First public release of Beyond: the Hand: make a BIP-39 seed phrase by hand, offline, from cards, dice, domino tiles, coin tosses or SeedSticks.

• Paper A (seed words, 12 or 24), paper B (lock words) and an age-locked record (age -d opens it)
• Program (beyond-wallet-hand.py + beyond_wallet_core.py) and single-file page (beyond-wallet-hand-v1.1.42.html), same maths
• No network. Optional BIP-39 passphrase, watch sheet and SeedQR (written locked)
• MIT licensed. Use on an offline, clean computer and test with a small amount first
