Added gdpc-enhancements sources and requirements

This is the first step towards #45

For more information about gdpc-enhancements, see
https://github.com/avdstaaij/gdpc-enhancements

The added files are mostly unchanged from those in the gdpc-enhancements
repository. Many of them still need to be integrated with the original
gdpc variants, most importantly gdpce-interface.py and gdpce-geometry.py
Furthermore, the model manipulation scripts and the examples from
gdpc-enhancements still need to be added.

PR #56 has integrated everything except for the model retrieval/building scripts and the examples.
On another note, GDPC probably needs different examples (gdpc-enhancements only needed to describe the use of the new features).
