APSim_Model.py

The Coupled Innate Immune System - Alkaline Phosphatase Simulator Model

This code aims to simulate the innate immune response coupled with the induction mechanism of alkaline phosphatase.

Prerequisites

1. Python 3.5 or higher
2. Python libraries used:
   • numpy
   • scipy
   • csv
   • matplotlib
   • seaborn
   • pandas

Instructions

1. Download APSim_Model.py
2. On the same directory, create the data folder. This is where you will put the five data files needed to run the code:

To Run:

 python APSim_Model.py
