Description of changes:

  • Updated the project properties to include publication metadata
  • Added readme files for each package
  • added buildtools project to generate nuget packages
  • moved AWS.Lambda.Powertools.sln into libraries folder (removed samples project from libraries solution)
  • added new solution file for examples
