The primary interface is not necessarily named
eth0
. The name depends on the base operating system. This PR removes the hard-coded use ofeth0
, which was only used in a comment. The logic was still getting the primary interface name from IMDS, which is always correct.If an issue # is not available please add repro steps and logs from IPAMD/CNI showing the issue:
