Helm Private Repository Authentication
Private helm repositories require users to specify a username and password to perform authenticated helm pulls. Users need a way to provide these credentials to the HelmChart construct. By adding these properties, users can leverage secrets manager resolution, CloudFormation no echo parameters, and SSM parameters directly in the CloudFormation template without exposing their credentials in plain text.
Providing username and password properties in this construct is a natural continuation of the implementation of helm commands as this is just exposing arguments that are present in helm upgrade.
