AWS CloudTrail customizations create-subscription and update-subscription don't work with profiles #494

These customizations seem to only use the default credentials and don't support --profile, nor do they give any indication that they are ignoring the option. All the other traditional CloudTrail API calls work as anticipated and do support --profile.

I think this issue was fixed in #496
