Builder Id / SSO page fails ("couldn't complete your request") #4580
Comments
@justinmk3 How to rectify this 'sign in' issue. |
To troubleshoot this, we need the logs, especially the request id(s). This looks like it might be an issue occurring in the SSO webpage or service. In your web browser, open the devtools console and see if you can find the request id when you trigger the "couldn't complete your request" error in the SSO webpage. The Toolkit logs may also have a clue. To get the Toolkit logs:

I did not find any request id mam |
Try looking for request id in the request/response details of the network tab. HTTP 400 could indicate that something is interfering with the request. Are you behind a proxy? |
|
If the builder id / sso page is failing, that isn't related to AWS Toolkit. You may want to try asking at https://repost.aws/ Also as mentioned, try selecting the request in the Network tab and look at the request details, to see if you can find a request-id. Without a request-id, I can't help you. |
