Upstream CSI sidecar releases:
Release v4.4.3 · kubernetes-csi/external-attacher
Release v6.3.3 · kubernetes-csi/external-snapshotter
Release v1.9.3 · kubernetes-csi/external-resizer
Release v2.9.3 · kubernetes-csi/node-driver-registrar

Only change relevant change in each of these sidecar updates are csi-lib-utils dependency bumps in each sidecar's go.mod:

-	github.com/kubernetes-csi/csi-lib-utils v0.14.0
+	github.com/kubernetes-csi/csi-lib-utils v0.14.1
