Hello,

I have been using these dotfiles for gitpod and they are amazing! Thank you very much!

However, I've just started noticing that anytime I use gitpod and make a commit, they are by you and not me. Example here

I'm not sure exactly how it's happening because it says my git config --global settings are my name and email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again!

Hi @djsnipa1, sorry about that.

You need to use your own raw dowfiles repo link here:

My dotfiles repo got this .gitconfig, so it's coming from there.

Or you can even use no dotfiles repo if you want!

Will make this a part of the onboarding flow (dotsh config command) and remove my link from there, thanks for rising this issue!

@axonasif Woah I didn't even know there was onboarding! I just noticed the repo has been renamed as well!

I'm an idiot...of course thats the problem! I recently did a git reset and just merged your entire upstream again and forgot to add my dotfiles back in.

Thanks so much for your help and for your bash wizardry skills with this repo, gitpod, and bashbox (I don't fully understand it all because I'm not very proficient in bash but I've seen some of the magic bashbox does)!
