Any example of using .hic file as the input? #58

I am struggling with the output from juicer to fit with fithic. I dump my .hic file and then tried creatFitHiCContact-hic.sh but end up with nothing. I am wondering if we have any examples using .hic as the start to run Fithic.

This may be related to changes in the Juicer pipeline. If you have figured out the issue, please let us know. Otherwise, we will need to look into this.

Thanks for your query. Please git clone the updated code. I have modified the script "createFitHiCContacts-hic.sh". Please follow the updated README to extract the FitHiC compatible contact files from the input .hic data. Please let us know if it solves the problem. Thank you.
