プロジェクトの「設定」/「リポジトリ」のURLの表記を以下のように修正する。

before: https://192.168.56.101/, http(s)://ホスト名/svn/test001
after : https://192.168.56.101/svn/test001

ヒント：
プラグインのredmine_scmとファイルの/opt/alminium/config/scm.yml
