ayapapa/docker-alminium#39
に記載の通り、docker版の場合、sslを有効化した場合に、jenkins内のリンク先がエラーとなってしまう。
非docker版は問題が無いので、外からのアクセスにおいて、ポート番号：10443を利用していることから、正しくURLが変換されないものと思われる。

ayapapa/docker-alminium#39 記載の追記をredmine-ssl.confではなく、jenkins.confに移動させた。
（redmine-ssl.conf記載では、redmineの画面遷移に問題が生ずる）
