It currently matches using natural's PorterStemmer to match words regardless of conjugation, tense, etc.
It looks for substring matches when the search string doesn't look like words (doesn't match /\b[\w]{2,}\b/) or BROBBOT_QUOTE_SUBSTRING_MATCHING=true.
Include substring matches as well as stem matches when searching for quotes.
