D&D 3.5 Tools

Consists of:

Damage calculator for D&D character, Krag
General skill roller with xml importer
GUI version of skill roller
Spell list generator for Shadowcraft Mage
GUI version of Crusader Manuever Roller for any Crusader
Spell database populater
Random magic scroll generator
Random encounter generator

TO DO:

character/specific/krag_calc.py:

Bear form bonus feat
GUI version (Try to make it more general use so it can easily be swapped)

spell-database/spell_db:

Currently this is obselete while I work on the webverison
