1.19.2 bookwyrms not spawning and cant bookwyrm charm #781

bookwyrms dont spawn and there's no craftable recipe for the bookwyrm charm, i tried using the enchanting apparatus with an egg, book and everything the youtube tutorials are saying and its not working

They are disabled in 1.19 pending a rework.
