pypi doesn't recognize mkd, only md #47

The README isn't formatted on PyPI, presumably because it uses .mkd instead of .md.

Gah! I flubbed this, sorry. :-/

Apparently additional config via setup.cfg is required? http://peterdowns.com/posts/first-time-with-pypi.html

Let me know if you want another PR.

Please make another PR, It would be nice to have the formattings :)
