installing Riak 2.0+ via pkg_add breaks pkgin full-update

According to Joyent, there may be an issue with the package provided by Basho currently (package metadata?)

It sounds like Joyent is pretty interested in providing a latest stable version of Riak via their own pkgsrc tooling, so maybe package creation can just be handed off to them, or we can figure out what's amiss in the current package.
