Is it possible for vial-http to support variables? I imagine it would be something similar to what have been done in roast.vim
https://github.com/sharat87/roast.vim/blob/master/doc/roast.txt#L135-L155

It would be nice to have variables while working with a large file with lots of api requests.

PS:
Great work on the tool, it really helps me a lot with my workflow 😃
