Atomic group validation failing in address block #31

Consider this grouping of form fields

Postal address (atomic group)

Address line 1
Address line 2
Compact group:
- Suburb
- State
- Postcode

The inline 'must be completed` message should only appear for postal address. It is appearing for the suburb and postcode fields as well.
