The ARR MSIs in Microsoft's CDN were updated in March 2021. This has resulted in the checksums no longer being accurate, breaking the ability for users to run:
This PR updates the checksums and bumps the version for the ARR module, as versions should be immutable so a checksum change will require a version bump in order for them to be propagated.
