can access all env's and will set up vanity url in another ticket - moving to done |

This ticket is to set up the j8tx58 AWS space with our dev, test, and prod environments and deployments.
Decision: should we only use two environments? (dev/test and prod) We will have all the spaces for now regardless due to limitations with cloud pathfinder BC SEA set up.
