Weather Station Map Link

As a Consultant I want to be able to look at a map of where the weather stations are so that I can ensure I select the correct ones

Acceptance Criteria:

• I can navigate to a map with the weather station which I can reference to select the correct ones from the weather station selection tool
• I can clearly find where to click to navigate to the map
• Weather station map is located at: https://governmentofbc.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=c36baf74b74a46978cf517579a9ee332

UX Tests:
Given a consultant wants to locate weather stations When they click on the map icon/button Then they will be navigated to the weather station map website
