Transition from Miro to Mural

User Story:
As a team member, I want to seamlessly transition from using Miro to Mural for our collaborative work, so that we can continue our visual collaboration without disruption and take advantage of Mural's features

Acceptance Criteria

1. Data Migration:

• [n/a] All existing Miro boards are successfully imported into Mural
  • I had to rewrite all team related information into a new board on mural
• [done] Board content (text, images, sticky notes, shapes) is accurately preserved
  • Yes, the miro board is preserved and here is the link -Miro
• [done] Board structure and layout closely resemble the original Miro boards

2. User Access:

• [n/a] All team members have active Mural accounts - will need to review this
  - The ministry allowed us to only have one mural account and the other team members join as visitors. The only account we have is Team Zelda and uses the team zelda email
• [yes] Users' access levels and permissions are correctly transferred or reassigned

3. Training:

• [yes] At least one training session is conducted to familiarize users with Mural's interface and features
  - The team knows enough to use the board

4. Data Retention:

• [done] A backup of all Miro boards is created and securely stored before the migration
• [done] Access to Miro is maintained for a specified period post-migration for reference or in case of migration issues
  - Team Zelda still has access to the Miro board but we can not edit.

I now have access to the zelda email and I have emailed David requesting for our mural licence.

I will try to replicate most of the content on miro on mural manually and I will start tomorrow
