Well, the title says it all. Inspired by the discussion in #1, and needed to make that PR go in the right direction.

We don't need to re-invent the wheel, there's plenty of literature around: http://projectinclude.org/writing_cocs

If you're interested in collaborating with this, I think there's plenty of places to start. Maybe the #offtopic-staff channel in the Slack community, or even replying to this PR. I'm cc'ing @gonzaloserrano and @smoya so they're aware.

According to the guidelines, we should start from scratch with a more inclusive and diverse group to write the CoC.

So far the call for help has been posted the #1 in #offtopic-staff, #general, #diversity-allies and #offtopic-dones. Lets see if someone signs up, otherwise I'll try to ask personally to some people to see if they can help.
