Is it possible to configure percentage of test coverage, and if it's lower than this value process fails

@Guseyn 👋 please open a feature request, I'd like to gradually port over all the features from nyc to c8, now that this repo is getting more functional.

My hope is that this might eventually be able to be a full featured coverage solution.
