PR #876's four new flash messages ("File restored", "Folder restored",
"Failed to restore file/folder") were in the source but in no .pot, so
they were English everywhere; the extract that caught them fuzzy-matched
three onto unrelated strings (de "Failed to restore file" had become
"Ordner konnte nicht erstellt werden"). Translated by hand in the seven
locales; 0 fuzzy, the untranslated backlog unchanged, a second merge
0/0/0.
