ipv6ack.js missing from npm package #7

When I try to install I get the following error:

Error: ENOENT, chmod '.../node_modules/ipv6/bin/ipv6ack.js'

Removing ipv6ack from package.json "fixes" it, but I thought the script was probably supposed to be there.

Ah, I removed it recently because it was just a symlink to ipv6grep.js and didn't have different functionality yet. I'll remove it from package.json and push a fix now, thanks for reporting this!
