Expand the ouroboros description, adding the following items: - Add description of what Ouroboros actully _does_ and why it is important for implementations of the PVM - Add help point on expanding unit testing (see Ouroboros issue #10 or beeware/ouroboros#10) - Expansion of pun explanation :)
