DISMISS_EDITOR and ADD_NEW_ROW set total incorrectly #132

ADD_NEW_ROW currently inserts a new row and sets the total to the current grid size +1 rather than the current total +1

If you add a new row and cancel it then DISMISS_EDITOR currently sets the pager back to the proxy.size which makes it not show a pager at all
