curl timeouts

timeouts for curl request so applications dont hang if the bots API went unresponsive.

Timeout Support to catch errors.

This release adds timeouts for the curl requests going to the bot, so if the API crashes, the Application wont hang.

HTTPS support

From now on, the API will use https if the "USE_HTTPS" constant is defined and set to "true".
