define audience personas
- who would we like to attend? What are they like? What reasons do they have for not coming?
sort out mechanics of contributing (COC, etc)
define a draft agenda for the day

Medium term

create location logistics check list
start creating material for the agenda
find community owned Binders to highlight

Long term

follow up with participants
collect data on impact
reporting to Mozilla
