Crisis response team members cannot see the map location of the person in distress

Steps to Produce/Reproduce

1. First step. open distress signal text message

2. Second step. click on link in text message
3. Third step. click on "respond"

4. Fourth step. wait for map to show location of distress signal
5. Fifth step. Press the location marker button. Wait for map to show up.

A map pinpointing the origin of the distress signal shows up
