After sending out distress alert, video button doesn't do anything

Buoy version: 0.3.3.
Platform: Mac
Browser: Safari

Steps to Produce/Reproduce

First step. Send out distress alert to CRT members
Second step. Hit video button

Expected Results

The ability to begin recording a video

Actual Results

When you hit the video button, nothing happens
