Unclear licence

Hey. I'd love to use this data in the LVFS, but I need to clarify the licence -- and in return I can contribute back what I have. Ideally I'd like to make this available as CC0-1.0, i.e. BSD-like, but for data. A COPYING or LICENCE file in the project root would be great. e.g. https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/cc0/ -- thanks.
