Move time range navigation buttons into the title area of timerange picker control

It would be useful to display the following time range selection option into the title area of the timerange picker control when there is enough space available to draw them:

• Jump to previous same size interval
• Jump to next same size interval
• Copy time range
• Paste time range
• Link timeline with other worksheet (although this one might be better as a tab icon)
