Debugger control issues in 4.2 #256

Godot version: 4.2

Describe the bug
Controls at the top-left corner of the debugger have click issues. All of the buttons seem to be covered by the "Make floating" button, making all other options unclickable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open debugger
  2. Click on any running tree
  3. Try to click any option other than "Make floating"

Expected behavior
All debugger controls should be interactable
