Add seeds with new coverage

Merged my active fuzzing directory into existing qa-assets with set_cover_merge=1 use_value_profile=0.

How is this different from:

• Upstream new seeds from nightly fuzzing #151 (I think it is enough to do this month-ish, not day-ish)
• Append set_cover_merge of active fuzzing dir #153 and Append merge from main and active fuzzing #154

The latter two are merges of everything in my active fuzzing directory to a fresh directory and my active fuzzing directory + qa-assets to a fresh directory. They’re my "best-of" in case someone wants to combine many corpora to make a new compressed fuzz seed corpus around the branch off.

This here is just merging stuff from my active directory into qa-assets, I figured I’d put everything up with the branch-off coming. I can space it out more, though.
