After the rename of the fuzz target in upstream commit:

commit 9bcce2608dd2515dc35a0f0866abc9d43903c795

    util: move spanparsing.h to script/parsing.h

Copy, instead of move, because:

  • In .git, there is no additional storage cost.
  • Allows the old target (on old branches) to continue using the existing fuzz inputs.
