Changing the historical release notes won't change the release notes that come with the actual v24.* binaries, so this won't work. The v24 release will also be end-of-life as soon as we ship v26.0. |

#21726 enabled using
coinstatsindexin pruned mode. I recently had to update one of my nodes from 23.0 because of this and noticed that this isn't mentioned in the release notes for 24.0.1.
