There should be support for the flow deck to achieve stationary flight with velocity control (hover mode). It should at least work with the Kalman filter.

 - Push zRanger data to the kalman filter by default (the flow deck
   contains a vl53l0x sensor cabled the same way as in the zRanger)

Required for flow deck and does not affect other decks (the low
speed is used only at startup by the Loco positioning deck)

Added spiBeginTransaction and spiEndTransaction to lock the bus so it
can be shared. The deck drivers uSD, Loco and Flow were all updated and
can now be used simultainiously.
