Describe the bug
If Netpol and Servicemonitor is enabled metrics can not be scraped.

To Reproduce
Enable Netpol + Servicemonitor in the values.

Expected behavior
The netpol switch should add port 8081 to the netpol to allow scarping metrics.

Version of Kubernetes:

Client Version: v1.28.2
Kustomize Version: v5.0.4-0.20230601165947-6ce0bf390ce3
Server Version: v1.28.6

Include metrics port to allow ingress traffics when the network policies
are enabled.

Allow metrics traffic
