Add some CLI commands for convenience.

  • get_account_name (account_name_or_id)
  • get_asset_symbol (asset_symbol_or_id)
  • get_asset_name (asset_symbol_or_id)
    Note: this is a synonym of get_asset_symbol.

Add missing reflection for

  • get_asset_id (asset_symbol_or_id)

Update some in-code docs for CLI commands.
