Not sure how to implement. Perhaps need some more library support fx. https://jscheiny.github.io/Streams/.

Perhaps I could use same approach with lambda functions as I did for the tree index in https://github.com/bjornharrtell/flatgeobuf/blob/8b0a68da1a63f393c11aab2622a1717f35ea6896/src/cpp/packedrtree.cpp#L266.
