mp4 stream

Hi, flash container is being phased out on many browsers, i am wondering if you're still using this. If so, perhaps let's add transcode support for mp4.

Hi,
I don't use or maintain this now that I no longer have cable. I was using this with a CableCard tuner, though I believe it should work with OTA. Feel free to fork and add mp4 support. I would have liked to initially include this when I first coded it, but streaming mp4 hadn't quite been adopted to a full scale on a lot of devices at that time. I don't know if I'll be much help at this point as I don't have a system to test, but if you want to bounce anything off of me, I'll see where I can help. Also check out the Wallop project on GitHub as it transcodes to mp4.
