Refresh documentation through PR #444
Seed the project wiki as the knowledge section Eight pages plus a sidebar: Home, Architecture Overview, Offline-First Sync Model, Lesson Engine, Security & Role Architecture, Operations Runbooks, Local Development, Contributing & Quality. Evergreen human knowledge lives here. Anything versioned with the code stays in the repo and is linked from here instead: docs/api for contracts, docs/superpowers for design specs and plans, and AGENTS.md, which remains the single source of truth for conventions.
